Giveaway official rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances. Void where prohibited.

Sponsor. Each giveaway is sponsored by the bakery named on it, which supplies the prize. Small Baker runs entry and the drawing for the bakery.

Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older and have a free Small Baker account. Because prizes are picked up locally, you must be able to collect the prize in the bakery’s area. Employees and household members of the hosting bakery may not enter.

How to enter. Sign in to a free Small Baker account and tap Enter on the giveaway during its entry period. One entry per person per giveaway. Entries made by bots or multiple accounts are void.

Entry period. Each giveaway shows its own start and end times. Entries received outside that window do not count.

Prize. As described on the giveaway, with the approximate retail value shown. Prizes are food made in a home kitchen under state cottage food laws: check ingredients and allergens with the bakery. No cash substitute. The prize cannot be transferred, and the bakery may substitute an item of equal or greater value.

Drawing and odds. One winner is chosen at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway ends. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.

Winner notification. We email the winner at their account address. The winner must reply within 7 days and arrange pickup with the bakery within 30 days, or an alternate winner may be drawn.

Publicity. With the winner’s permission, the bakery and Small Baker may share the winner’s first name and city.

Liability. By entering you agree to these rules. Small Baker and the hosting bakery are not responsible for entries lost to technical problems. The prize is provided by the bakery, not by Small Baker.

Privacy. Entry data is handled under our privacy policy.
