How do I message a baker, and where do I see the reply?
Tap Message on the bakery's page, write your question and send it. You land on a private conversation page; bookmark it, because that link is your way back to the baker's reply. If you have a free account, your conversations are also listed under Account.
Step by step
- Open the bakery's page and tap Message.
- Add your name, email and your question, then Send.
- Keep the conversation page's link. Replies show there.
- Signed in? Find every conversation under Account.
Some bakers have not joined Small Baker yet. We save your message and invite them to reply, so for anything urgent use their order page as well. Bakeries that reply often show their usual reply time.
