Can I reply to, flag or turn off reviews of my bakery?
Yes, once your listing is claimed. In your Baker dashboard under Reviews you can reply to any review, flag one for us to look at, or switch reviews off for your whole page. You can't delete a review or review your own bakery. We take down spam and abuse, never honest negative reviews, in line with the FTC rules on consumer reviews.
Reviews help you rank: within each plan, bakeries with reviews show first, then bakeries with reviews on but none yet, then bakeries that switched them off. A calm, helpful reply to a low rating often wins more customers than a perfect score.
