How do reviews work on Small Baker?
Any signed-in member can review a bakery once: a star rating from 1 to 5 and a few words. Every review is checked by our team before it appears. We remove spam and abuse only, never a review for being negative. Bakers can't review their own bakery, and they can reply to reviews but never delete them.
Step by step
- Sign in, or create a free account.
- Open the bakery's page and find Reviews.
- Pick a star rating, write at least a sentence (up to 1,500 characters) and the name to show.
- Submit. It appears once we've checked it. Editing it later sends it back for a quick check.
If a bakery has switched reviews off, its page says so. Something wrong with a review? Tell us.
